Your First Visit to Our Olathe Office

Your first appointment is a chance for us to get to know you: your dental history, any worries you have, and what you’d like to fix or change.

You can fill out our patient forms before you come or arrive 15 minutes early to complete them here. Most first visits include an exam and digital X-rays, and Dr. Tony will go over what he finds, answer your questions and talk through any recommended treatment and its cost before anything is scheduled. New patients can ask about our $49 exam and X-rays special.

If it’s been years since your last dental visit, there’s no need to feel embarrassed. We’ll start where you are and walk through your options without judgment.

Dental Insurance and Payment Options

Dental benefits can be confusing, and our front desk team is glad to help you see how your plan applies to the care you need. We also file insurance claims electronically for you.

Your Olathe Dentist works with more than 20 dental plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta Dental, GEHA, Guardian, Humana, MetLife and UnitedHealthcare. Participation depends on your individual plan, so call our office to confirm your benefits.

We accept cash, debit and major credit cards, offer CareCredit financing, and have an in-office Premier Care Plan for patients without insurance.

Need a Dentist but Feeling Nervous About It?

If the thought of a dental visit makes your stomach tighten, you’re not alone. A rough past experience, worry about discomfort or simply not knowing what will happen can keep people from booking.

Tell us how you’re feeling when you call. We’ll talk through your concerns, explain each step before we start, and go at a pace that feels right to you. Many of our patient reviews mention how kindly their nerves were handled.

You’re also welcome to start with a simple visit to meet Dr. Tony and talk things over before you decide on any treatment.

Emergency Dental Care in Olathe

A sudden toothache, a broken tooth, a lost crown or a mouth injury is stressful. Call our office at (913) 780-0011 as early in the day as you can. We make every effort to see dental emergencies the same day during office hours.

If an adult tooth is knocked out, get dental care right away. Hold the tooth by the crown, not the root, and keep it moist in milk or a tooth-saving solution on the way. Never try to put a baby tooth back in.

Severe facial swelling, or any trouble breathing or swallowing, needs emergency medical care.

Serving Olathe and Nearby Communities

Our office on S Lone Elm Rd welcomes patients from all over Olathe and from nearby communities, including Gardner, Overland Park, Lenexa, Shawnee, Merriam, Spring Hill, De Soto and Edgerton.
